Docents share a love of learning and meeting new people as Museum tour guides at the El Paso Holocaust Museum. This group of dedicated docents are individuals who have the unique opportunity to affect lives every day, especially those of young people to understand the dangers of hatred and bigotry and to experience powerful exhibits that illustrate the history of the Holocaust.
El Paso Holocaust Museum is currently accepting applications for an upcoming docent class. Individuals interested in becoming docents at the Museum, guiding groups, classes and individuals throughout the permanent exhibit are invited to call the El Paso Holocaust Museum for further information.
The training was established to enhance an individual’s knowledge and thoroughly prepare docents for a meticulous study of questions about the Holocaust, World War II and the Museum.
Docents receive special invitations to events and exhibit openings. For reservations and any questions concerning becoming a Museum docent, please email us or call 915.351.0048 ext. 28.
