EPHM wants to hear from students… through art, writing, video, or multi-media! All creative work is welcome and will become part of an El Paso Youth Exhibit at EPHM. The theme for the exhibit is “Unity” –  answering the questions: How can we learn true humanity and unity from small, individual acts of courage? How can one person make an impact in their community, particularly when they witness injustice or inhumanity? Together these individual voices will tell a powerful message of what unity and humanity really means to El Paso youth.

The deadline for individual submissions has been extended to November 24th.

EPHM’s Youth Advisory Council will also be hosting an art party: Art for U on Saturday, November 3rd, 3pm – 5pm at EPHM. Middle, high school, and college-age students are invited to attend for a fun opportunity to express themselves through art and to be part of a larger cohesive art installation. Individual and group art will become part of the Unity: Youth Exhibit as well. There is no charge to attend, but please RSVP to ephmyouthadvisory@gmail.com or call 915.351.0048. Supplies, materials, and snacks will be provided.

Unity: Youth Exhibit will open to the public on December 1st – Open House, 1:00pm – 5:00pm
